Cubes from genuine, recently-used whisky barrels (American oak). Use these cubes just as you would employ classic oak chips. Add them to beer or liqueur for a few weeks during the fermentation/maturation, taste regularly to check how the flavour is evolving and then savour the final product.
Dosering: 5 - 30g per 10 liter, 1-6 mnd. avhengig av ønsket smak

La kubene trekke i brennvin noen dager før de tilettes, eller ha dem i stekeovnen på lav varme (ikke høyre enn 90'C) i ca. 5 min.
