Lallemand Köln is ideal for brewing beers in the traditional Kölsch style and other
neutral ales. The neutral character of this yeast accentuates the delicate hop
aromas with subtle fruity esters.
Colder fermentation ensures a more neutral character, while warmer fermentation
will achieve a stronger fruity ester profile. Suitable for primary fermentation for
beers up to 9% ABV.
